How does this sound...?

Hey Guys. Im going to be updating my stock speakers in my 2000 Z28 this coming March and was putting my shopping list together. I just wanted to get your all's opinions/suggestions with the route I'm taking. The car has the stock Monsoon HU and I am going to keep it in there and I have no intentions on replacing it.

Door Speakers: Infinity 62.7i
-picked these because, correct me if Im wrong, they offer 2ohm for the tweeters and 4 ohm for the woofer..which is what the wiring is.. correct?

Rear Hatch: Infinity Referance 4012i-picked these because, I believe any 4" speaker will work in the rear. Have heard these in person and like the quality of the sound.

Sail panel/Rear seats: Elemental Designs 7Kv.2
-this is a dual 4ohm subwoofer that is 6.5" and I believe is a drop in replacement with the stock setup... Have read many gret reviews on these speakers and believe they will give me enough bass for my needs as I do not want to run a system in this car.

Any and all suggestions/comments are welcome. Im just curious as to if I have the right ohms for each location..

Looks good. Not that I disagree with your decision, but why keep the stock CD player? If you don't think a smaller sized aftermarket unit would look decent in the dash, check out this thread (scroll towards bottom for pics):

Or if you don't like the single din sized headunit, Pioneer is soon releasing two din+1/2 units if I'm not mistaken... Drop in replacements. Twice the quality and twice the features.

usually you have people keeping the stock speakers and replacing the factory HU...

by the way i thought in this thread you were going to have a link to a youtube video with a subwoofer asking us if it sounded OK... i was definitely worried

The reason I am not planning on replacing the HU, is because I want to keep the stock look on the inside. I replaced the HU in my V6 Maro and understand the benefits of doing so. It's just not the direction I want to go with for the Z though.
