yeah, it was just a thought I had.

I'll wait like you said and see if it goes to protect mode before doing anymore fans, and soon maybe try to redo it and make it look nice.

Lol, I still want to thread and cut the screw thing and just use a nut instead of that big wingnut, cut a piece that fills the whole area up and maybe dynomat or carpet it.

I'll post more pics when this happens.

Exactly. My money is that you won't have any problems. If you do, computer fans are cheap, quite, and move a ton of air. Double check you are buying ones that work on +12V DC.

I made a board that fit where my spare tire went and used some drilled 2x4s as washers. Then used the spare tire rod and wingnut to tighten it in. Its not the greatest looking amprack, but you can't see it! lol. It should have enough room to screw my mono amp onto when it gets here and no one will know I have amps to steal and it didnt cost any money. Just add my stealth box im making and no one will ever know I have a nice sound system.

Where do you keep the spare tire now?
