Monsoon amp questions.

So I took a peak at my wheel well at lunch today, I failed to see the monsoon amp last time i had the **** apart (figured it would of been on the other side, I know failboat right?)

I'm going to pull the monsoon amp to see if possibly for any reason its causing some of my other problems. What speakers does the monsoon amp power? Can I just unplug the harness from it and still have other components? At this point I may go ahead and run my own speaker wire and be done with it.
