How much "buck" you looking to spend?

CDT is a great bang for the buck. But I believe they're probably more than the Kickers. IMO the Polk's sound better than the Kickers and they're about the same price.

Well Kicker is far from the best, so you'd better give us a ballpark. lol

Unless you have/plan to have an amp pushing them, I'd recommend not spending a bunch of dough. The power from your headunit is not enough to drive a quality component set or really even do a high-quality coaxil speaker justice.

Sweet speakers for 100 bucks. If you have/plan to have an amp, maybe something like this:

            Again, $$$$$$$?

The above mentioned CDT and Focal component sets are awesome.

            These Moral's are very nice:

Diamond offers these is both aluminum and silk dome tweeter. Coming from the Kicker's, the aluminum dome will sound similar. I'd have to hear them, but would probably prefer silk. To each their own. Here's the aluminum ones:

If all the above mentioned are too expensive:

hey not trying to steal this thread just had a quick Q. Are the speakers in our sail panels and those from our door panels the same in terms of dimensions?

yep. I think you can put a 6 3/4" in the rear, not too sure about the door though.

If you have the monsoon, no. They are the same size, but entirely different.

If you do not have Monsoon..... not 100% sure. My firebird had 10 ohm speakers in the sail panels and 4 ohm up front.:work:

Re: best bang for your buck interior speakers?

im asking bc my front one sounds retarded when bass is high and since the back ones seem to not "pound" as much then i thought of switching them for now till i get some money to replace them.

i tried but doesnt help....still makes a noise as if plastic is quickly and repeatedly hitting the speaker every time the cone vibrates
