Im looking at deleteing the ABS since it doesnt work anyways...rather then buying one of those kits for 150$ or so, I was thinking of making my own...it looks like they consist of just a proportioning valve, some fittings, pre fabbed lines, and instructions.
Well I have extra brake line, and fittings are cheap. Proportioning valves only cost about 40$ or so, and the only thing I dont have is instructions.
Does anyone know how the proportioning valve would hook up to the system? and How many I would need?
I'm also a little bit confused as to its function...it says you can increase psi up to 1000 and reduce up to 57%. Does this mean that I can add more line pressure to the rear wheels thereby changing my brake bias? I wouldn't mind being able to give myself 70-30 front/rear braking.
2ndly, does anyone know how the linelock would connect up to the system as well? and where I might have to tap into in order to hook up an arming light?
