brake mount q - how it bolts/attaches

Would anyone happen to have a pic of how this attaches? I coulda sworn I took a pic of how it went when I unbolted it but can't find it anywhere:

MSD-5096. It's for an LS1, which I have in my 3.4L body.

I figured out how to attach that little mount. I'll take a pic of it later today in case it might help anyone.
