Definitely looks like the rubber isolator on the drivers side is missing. Sometimes you can twist the springs slightly when jacked up and get a hair of height adjustment out of them.
well its possible...the suspension has to be loaded when you weld them in...if you weld them when they are on a lift or jackstands that support the chassies only, the car bends, and you weld that into place.
My exhaust guy was showing me once...he said older cars are alot worse at doing this, but if you measure the gap by the front fender/door area when the car is on the ground, and then use the lift to bring it off the ground and measure it again, that gap gets bigger.
So, if he had it done at the same time as the springs, and the problem was not there before, and the springs are the same size, and the perches are there, and it is seated correctly...it has to be an issue with the work just done...so it is a possibility
However, if he had the sfc in before and it was fine, then this wont be the issue...just tossing ideas out there...
Have you driven it or even moved it out of that spot to see if it levels out? You might also notice some other effects while driving that could give us some more clues.
