hey guys, i have been having a grinding type noise in my rear that i think may be the brakes rubbing
first off my brake pads in the back arent wearing normally.. last time i changed the back brakes, one pad looked almost new while the other pad was completely gone
when i changed it, the piston pushed back perfectly fine, and IIRC it was the inside pad that was worn, while the outside pad was fine, on both sides. I have not checked them lately, but im assuming it is going to be the same, i also greased the sliders when i changed the pads out.. does anyone know what will cause only the inside pad to wear?
and next, about the grinding noise, i think it may be my e-brake, but its hard to tell because something seems wrong with it, while i was driving i pulled the e brake slowly, and i felt almost no resistance then it would make a pretty loud clunking noise and after it did that i put it back down.. anyone know what that could be? im thinking its adjusted wrong and the shoe is moving causing the clunking noise.. any thoughts?
thanks
