...we used the Global West "Quiet Ride" rear LCAs. They have a sperical bearing in one end and a Moog rubber bushing in the other. That's a better choice than poly in both ends because the rear LCAs on a 3/4 Gen F-car must rotate as well as move up and down. The mix of metal and rubber is also better than spherical bearings in both ends as it's not as noisy.

Been quite awhile since you posted. Nice to have someone else on the board who really understands a F-body suspension.

I know I paid a sh!t load back then from RK sport for my BMR adj. chromoly LCA's and BMR adj. chromoly Panhard rod like $370 shipped. LOL But their still holding up well.

i think im going to go with the j&m when i end up getting them. i have only seen good comments about them, and they are cheaper than even the lakewoods which ive always heard good about as well. if anyone has any reason for me not to get them please speak up lol (probably will be a birthday present thing come april)

got the PHB in today and the LCA's. Ill install them soon and let you guys know how the spherical bearings go with the LCA's. He PHB was a simple UMI single adjustable.

im pretty sure it comes assembled already so i wount have to worry about that. BTW lmperformance is slow. I ordered the PHB and LCA's at the same time and the PHB came in but the LCA's havent. And one was shipped fedex and the other ups. kind of a PITA.

I second this advice. I used brake cleaner to get if off my hands.
