Getting FE2 rack/pinion installed MON.

So I ;m finally getting it installed Mon. for $200 will have Moog tieend rods rebuilt FE2 rack/pinion so I don't have to worry about the alm. pin inside wearing down as quick since it is brass, will have Royal Purple fluid put in with it. Mine is comeletly shot right now, drives like a Mack 10 truck all over the place. So it will be nice going from 169 steering ratio to a 14:4 ratio. Will try do do my all my brakes this weekend front slotted power slot rotors with ceramic pads and rear R1 concept drilled/slotted rotors(got them free since they sent me 2 sets of them) with ceramic pads and maybe get my Earl stainless brake lines on. Also install my QA-1 rear shocks and air bags in the 1LE springs. SO thats my project for this weekend, plus grease all fittings, tighten all suspension bolts and maybe swap my poly trans mount to a better style poly trans mount. Will let you know how it turns out.

Well I got my rear R1 concept rear rotors on with ceramic pads , cleaned up the calipers alot better , would of painted them but too cold out. I'm getting the front power slot rotors with ceramic pads put on tomorrow when I get my FE2 rack installed and I hope he will install my front earl stainless steel lines. Then I can do the rear when I get a chance. Will let you know the difference from the 16:9 ratio to the 14:4 ratio.

get it in yet? also did you used to have r1s in the front if so wanna sell them? i just warped the piss out of mine.. haha

Back hurt too much, so going tomorrow, yes I have the R1's up front and replacing them with Powerslot ones , if you want you can have them, pay shipping. There 5 + years old though never been turned. might be cheaper to order a front set since their like $35 then pay for heavy shipping on used ones.
