I bought some OEM 98-02 SS wheels today. I actually got 5 rims for $350! I was stoked. Anyways will 245-40-17's fit the bigger rim? I know stock SS's come with 275's all the way around. I may have ordered the wrong size. I ordered two in 275-40-17 and the other two in 245-45-17. I'm just hoping the 245's will fit that 9.5'' wide rim...any thoughts anyone?

I know 255's will work, plus I thought the SS rims were 17 X 9's and the ZR1's are 17 x 9.5 becuase I have 2 SS chrome 17 X 9's but the older 5 stars.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

yes they will fit. they will be a little stretched depending on the brand. i ran 245-40-17 hoosiers last year and they fit fineComment
