Re: Installed my 1 1/2" rear spacers

Or do like I do and have them in order to begin with. :P

Question related to topic, if I put new springs in, with a 1" drop and install a 1" spacer, is that going to make it handle 'wrong'? Or am I better off looking for just regular height springs?

The shop I work at is on gravel, so I can't really drop far without risk of bottoming out going way high. Also Iowa rural and small town roads suck.

Re: Installed my 1 1/2" rear spacers

Just woke up still had some daylight so heres some pics, last one was how it was before and the drive is at a angle, also this is with 1LE springs, QA-1 rear shocks set on 8 out of 12, front are QA-1's with a 300LB spring set at 5 out of 12. Also measured all 4 corners, fronts are 28"s and the rear is 28.5"s so their is no one side in the rear that is higher like the drivers side use to be higher than the passenger. This car is like a cat on carpet it just goes without wheel spin , just chirps 2nd and 3rd gear.

Thanks, my ex-wife liked them more than me, but I might put my clear ones on. I was going to go with the LED liights on the rear but the VHT'd worked well.

                  ah I misread your OP.

This whole time I was thinking you were putting wheel spacers on so they could stick out.

                  car looks hot though.

I do it all the time , no problem. But on the drivers side I did turn the spring more though , so maybe that had something to do with it, I don't know usually they are off by like 1/2".

My other headlight covers are like the black out ones except clear, I think it looks good with them, their not the pro-beam ones like I had on in the pics.

I dunno, to each there own...I've just always thought that the covers look out of place, and take away from the shape of the front...whatever makes you happy though man, thats all that matters lol...with or without them you still got a clean looking ride.
