  • Spring Fitment, 96 to 2000?

Hi. I found a local set of lowering springs from a 2000. Will they fit a 96?
    Thanks.

Physically, yes. Different springs rates generally for the different years in after market stuff. Just check out the spring specs for the specific ones your looking at and make sure it's what you're looking for out of the springs. What brand are they?

Usually its 93-02 springs will fit, but like GR said you might want to check the spring rates , if your running on stock decarbons, and you lower it 2"'s there not going to last to long.

Thanks gentlemen. The seller doesn't have any info other than that they lower the car 1 1/2"-2" and they are from a 2000 camaro. I thought for $50, I would take a chance. I was planning on changing the shocks all around anyway. Thanks again.
