So ever since I've owned my 93 maro, whenever I use the E brake, it doesn't catch the first time and just flies up without any resistance, it always takes 2 tries. I was wondering if that had anything to do with my brake light and ABS light always staying on? I've cleaned the 2 sensors behind the front disc brakes already and that didn't help and I read somewhere that if one of the 3rd brake lights go out it will cause the light as well, but they are all working fine. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Re: Question on E Brake
Your Ebrake should automaticly self adjust itself if not you might need a new ebrake or check the cable underneath to make sure it is still working and is in its holder.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

also your brake light is probably on because there is a sensor with two metal contacts on it, you need to bend those pieces of metal and the light will go out, have to take the center console apart to do it, it comes out with few small bolts
edit* i didnt see that your abs light was also on, it is probably a bad sensor that you were trying to clean, or a burnt out light in the spoilerLast edited by cam98aro; 03-11-2010, 07:05 PM.
