I was wondering if by any chance anyone knows the difference of the rear control arms and panhard bar for the rear F-Body suspension. There is a difference in price, but wonder if one is higher than the other or if it is just the name that charges more.

TOTAL :bs: If they don't flex, you have suspension bind. Do a search - I've explained this over & over why the hype from the aftermarket is BS.
There is nothing wrong with factory LCA that ES bushings won't fix - for a daily driver.

The stock pieces are supposed to flex in their designed course. If you're just looking to upgrade your rear suspension, I'd recommend you go to the local O'Reilly's or Advance and get a set of Moog hard rubber LCA bushings to press into your stock arms. Those bushings will replace the stock sloppy stamped rubber (say that 5 times fast) ones and help to keep the rear feel more controlled going around corners or under hard acceleration.'99 Camaro

So let me get this straight. It is better to use the stock pieces, but to upgrade them to the polygraphite bushings? That is what I do have on my '70 Lemans, and is a big difference compared to the stock rubber pieces. However, I did upgrade the sway bars. Heard the 32mm off a WS6 Trans Am is the best front. For the rear, I may get the 1" from PST. Did measure the rear, and notice it is a 5/8". VERY puney. Thanks. I will do that. Then upgrading to KYB shocks for the rear and then using the KYB struts for the front and of course going polygraphite for the front bushings.

Yes. Cheaper & better than tubular.
Maybe. Sway bars have to be matched to the spring rate, and bigger is NOT always an upgrade particularly with the rear bar. The larger the rear bar the more toward oversteer - a very bad thing. 1" is way TOO big for the rear regardless.

I would look at LCA relocation brackets, thats what matters, especially when the car is lowerred. And unless your cars *** end is shifted to one side to much, theres no need for a PHB (if it is, get a adj. phb)
