J&M is 15$ less.

i am also thinking of adding a stb (98 3.8) & have been looking around to see whats avaliable & what the people on here are running-i am unfamiliar with the J&M brand-could you possible point me in the right direction? thanks!

hotchkis stb. if you have the $$$. I got mine for cheap because the person screwed up the paint.

And Hotchkis is the only one designed/engineered properly.

Not just some bent piece of pipe painted "pretty". :rolleyes:

Im my opinion, both serve the same purpose and the design is almost the same.

Whitdog was talking about Hotchkis>everything else. The bar is supposed to shift a little also, which is why the Hotchkis one is engineered right.

Robert , showed me the difference in STB's, I had a SLP one at the time and he has his , which Hotchkis yes it does have better engineering, if I get another one it will be a chrome Hotchkis STB, you get what you pay for.
