I had those installed about 4 months ago, and am pretty happy with them. But like cam98aro said, don't expect a performance shock out of them, but they do ride nicely.
yea, just a stock replacement. are they any better than stock. My stockers only have 67k
It really depends on how much wear has been put on your stock shocks. But comparing them to a set of new DeCarbon's, they're just a little bit better, but mostly just a stock replacement.
I put in a pair of GR2's in the back a month or so ago. $20 a piece is a good price, especially with free shipping, but beware, the ad says "no returns". To me that is a big red flag.
Be sure to double check the part number on the KYB website.
According to one post I read, KYB reports the GR2 is 10-15% firmer than the OE shock.
I am happy with their performanc, especially for the price, and handling better than OE.
the gr2's are very good you can get them through summit for 20 a piece too and imo the gas a justs are garbage my friend had them on his ranger they were bad with in 2 months kind of hard driving but not much of a excuse if you ask me
should firm up your ride and make it a little less "cushy" so to speak. i've got them on my rears (got them at a low price like what you posted), and they work great for comfortable driving and drifting.
