Looks like a stock 98+ caliper. Is it grinding at all times or is it only at a few spots in the rotation of the caliper? I wonder if it was a cheap rotor and warped or was out of round to begin with. Otherwise I'd suspect the caliper mounting brackets are somehow bent or misaligned. I haven't seen that before.

it's stock calipers and everything on a 2000 chevrolet camaro.. this just happened out of the blew after i heard a loud bang on the freeway. Now it scrapes and I found metal scrapings by the caliper. It seems my brakes are also seized since my car is immovable.

Could you explain the bang a little better? Did you hit anything/feel anything? Is the other side doing the same or similar thing? Can you narrow the seizing problem to one wheel?

yes it's narrowed to one wheel.. the rotor feels a little bumpy. it sounded like a big rock hit the rear of my car out of nowhere.. I didn't feel anything but a little more resistance which kept getting worse

Looks like the bracket that holds the caliper to the hub is bent. I would take that part off and see if its scraped on the underside (rotor side) of it. May not be a broken bolt, but it looks bent, as if its almost touching the rotor itself.
