I put the old bar back on...its much more unstable then before, but its back on the road for now.

Does anyone know what those metal sleeves are called? I sent instructions with my mom to go to the parts store and get replacements and they gave her a print out of different washers :twak: (I even had her take the bar into them) as I made my way up to the cottage before the store opened.

So I now need to figure out what these are called so I can get some somewhere ASAP

Tony, I just got your message cause I was at the cottage...Thanks for the offer but Im gunna hold out for now and try and get these pieces, I dont want to do the work 3 times if I really dont have to...Im just driving very slow and cautiously.
