i am considering getting new sway bars, 19mm rear and 30mm front. I found the sway bars but I am not 100 positive about like ends links and bushings...
I found some endlinks but cant find any for the rear. Do the rear not have endlinks? Does anyone have links to things that are required to put these new sway bars in?

here's the end links i was going to get.

idk anything about bushings so if anyone can help then id appreciate it

the front and rear endlinks are the same, just go to the parts store and ask for some moog end links for your car.

ive already changed my endlinks over to poly. energy suspension make them and you can get just the bushing for 5 bucks or the whole endlinks for 15 comes in a pack of 2. if you going to change out the endlinks the rubber ones are exactly what are on your car now. im still waiting to find some used swaybars around to upgrade mine or im going to go with the strano bars.

        Re: sway bars

Ebay has endlinks for any size bar, your combo will want to pull the rear around corners , so be safe and not gas it too much, just get use to it first and know you limitations. My 21mm LE rear and 32mm hollow front does it eveytime I give it too much gas around the corners. If you can go with the 32mm hollow front and 19mm rear its a nice street combo. Good luck

            Re: sway bars

Eh, I'd go to LS1Tech or something and put up a wanted ad for WS6/SS bars (32/19). I got my rear bar for 30 shipped and the front for 50 shipped, and both bars came with polyurethane bushings already on them.

Those endlinks will work although personally I'd go with Energy Suspension endlinks as they are going to be a bit tighter and because of the application, you won't have to worry about any of the disadvantages of poly. Those look like Moog thermoplastic which is not as hard as poly and I've heard deteriorate faster than poly (not sure if the longevity is true; I have thermoplastics on my Buick, so we'll see how long they last. They definitely are not as hard though as poly.)

eh, i've never had good luck on forums looking for specific parts, better off w/ebay.
what's better, greaseable or not greaseable bushings?

                    Re: sway bars

Well, I guess the one disadvantage that poly brings to the table in the sway bar application is the fact that it may develop squeaks after some time. If you go with Moog thermoplastics you won't have to worry about squeaks as it is just hard rubber. That said, mine don't squeak and have been installed for maybe 3+ years and were only greased on install. I like the Thermoplastics I put in the Buick, but they just weren't as stiff and I've since heard they can deteriorate much faster than poly. So if you go with rubber, you'll likely never have to grease them and if you go with poly, you may want to grease them down the road, although grease in both cases is probably not a bad idea.

These say they are greaseable bushings. I guess they are the poly ones. website lacks technical info.

                        Re: sway bars

Poly is great , I love the ones with grease fittings , much easier to grease, no taking off the bushings.

                          Re: sway bars

Yea I think I'm gonna order them in the next week or 2.

On a similar topic. Thinking of replacing shocks and springs...car doesn't sit level, real bouncy and doesn't handle as well anymore, plus 90k on stock parts.

this is what i'm thinking of getting

                          Front Springs:
                          http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MOG-60114/

                          Rear Springs:
                          http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MOG-CC635/

                          Rear Shocks:
                          http://www.summitracing.com/parts/KYB-KG5562/

                          Front Shocks:
                          http://www.summitracing.com/parts/KYB-KG9310/

The front springs would be stiffer than stock but rear about the same. The shocks are the same monotube design and seemed to be pretty good. I'm no suspension expert.

                          Any feedback on those parts?

                            Re: sway bars

can you use the existing bushing brackets with bigger bushings?

                              Re: sway bars

Your existing sway bar brackets can be reused. You'll just have to bend them a bit to open them up for the larger bushing. Worked just fine on my front 28mm brackets to fit 32mm bushings.

As for the shocks/springs, those will do just fine for budget replacement parts.
