  • Coil Spring R&R - How ?

Ran over a dip in NYC last night and heard a loud bang. Fk NYC...

I had my rear shocks replaced six months ago and they perform well. What I didn't do was do the rear springs and I have a free weekend to perform such a task. I noticed my bumpstops are missing and figured my old stock springs are complicating the problem.

So like the title says what is actually required? My Chiltons book is gone.

I have a low profile jack and 3 ton jackstands, impact wrench and time lol.

I suppose I need a spring compressor too. What else ?

    Pictorial links would be helpful.
