    can i cut that spacer in half, put it back on, and lower it under an inch?
    1999 White Ford SVT Lightning.<br /><br />Hoping to dyno @ 450hp/550tq by the end of \'04.

      the way the spacer is designed, i seriously doubt you can cut it in half, but you can try.

        I haven't actually tried, but the spacer fits over a hump. If you have the spacer out you will see what I mean. If you cut the thing in half, it may sit at the same exact position because the spacer still contacts the hump. Looks kinda like this.

        So, if you cut the bottom, the top might still sit in the same spot, as it won't slid any higher due to the fit around the hump.
