bilstein shocks - included hardware?

Ordered bilstein hd's from ebay. Free shippping = crappy packaging or in this case, no packaging! They just shipped in the original boxes...anyway, one of the boxes had a tear in the side of it.

When I opened the torn box there was *one* bag of a ring and nut and washer. The other box that was sealed of this pair had *two* of these bags. These are for the rear shocks (bigger boxes).

The other pair of boxes, for the front I think (smaller boxes) were sealed properly and each have *one* bag of hardware.

I called Bilstein HQ and they think for some reason there is an *extra* bag and it's not missing anything. Anybody know what's up with this? Is there supposed to be one or two for each rear shock?

contact the seller and gripe!...I would.
I think I know what guy you bought them from because I've been watching the site. I have the money to buy them, but I'll just buy from someone else now.

I almost bought a set from them this past weekend...<phew!>

Well ok then, guess the other box with two bags was a factory freak. Guess I'll find out when I install them.
