I want to get some new springs and maybe lower my car. I was thinking H&R. Any suggestions? What about Shocks??

I think H&R are linear so that's good. Bilstein HDs or Konis SA or DA are great for lowering springs. You basically need a very stiff shock.

The new H&Rs are progressive and are harsher than the Eibach competition. If I were to go with a harsh spring I would opt for the G2 springs from LGMotorsports - otherwise the Eibachs are a better option. The H&Rs just don't work well on our cars from my experience, most people who get them don't like their ride - which is sad because they're cheaper than the Eibach's by a few dollars. I guess you get what you pay for

So they are progressive? Go with Dominic's advice then. Eibachs would probably be better then. There are spring rates in the technical database.
