Dum Dum Dum noise

i guess thats how u describe the noise, just say dum dum dum dum dum dum really fast, and it sounds like that, its coming from my rear driver side...i thinks its the arm, or sumtin like that, i dunno if i need to grease it or like put rear differential oil in it, any help would really appreciated :eek:

you sure its not a rock in the tire clacking against the road?

Do you feel anything while driving it?

If it is not a rock in the tread as suggested above, the next thing to check is the tires for damage.

Look for bubbles or bulges on the sidewalls (inner and outer). If you don't see any, then have someone watch the rear tires closely as you cruise past them slowly. Look for the tire to go a little flatter in one spot - the sign of a broken tire cord, and time for new rubber.

I've got something similar,only it doesnt make a sound like that when i take off. It make a sound in the rear and it does it when i turn a little hard, or sometimes when i brake or when i get out of the vehicle. It makes a clack sound. My guess is the shocks are bad, any ideas??
