What i mean is can i use all parts off a lt1 on my v6 without having to modify anything?IE sway bar,shocks,springs and bushings.

springs are stiffer but might bump up the noise do to the weight differnence of the motors.
shocks are the same.

You can use everything, but the springs. If you can, get the rack and pinion off the z28 too. The z28 has a faster ratio rack unless you have the Y87 performance package then they are the same.
