Drum to Disc Conversion

I'm planning on converting the rear-drum brakes in my '97 camaro to disc brakes by swapping out rear axles. What exactly do I need to do to accomplish this task. Do I need to do any electronic work for the ABS system? Any help is appreciated.

No electronic work has to be done with the conversion. It's basically a bolt-up application.
Do a search, there are PLENTY of threads talking about the installation, and parts needed.

as long as you have all the nessecary parts, it's a bolt up plug and play swap
