  • Eiback pro-kit question...

anyone here have the eiback for the v6, and does anyone have it for the v8?

id like to know how much it lowers it and what the feel is after. is it nice and firm, good gripping?

and if anyone got the v8, what all did u do and how much u drop?

Several People run the V6 version.

It lowers the car roughly 1.25" to 1.5" all around.

The V8 kit will drop it nearly the same amount, but it will be stiffer. It will not drop the front end as much as the V6 kit.

I put the V8 kit on this weekend. Also did Koni shocks at the same time.

The front was slightly higher than the rear. The Koni shocks had a second (lower) notch for the lower spring mount, so I moved it down to that lower notch. Now the car is level.

I went from three fingers between the tire and fender, to one finger... However much that is... Right at 1.5" I believe.

The car is MUCH firmer. The rear is almost too stiff. Will be autocrossing it this coming weekend, and I'll know more then. It feels like it will slalom much better.
