I have rear drum breaks, they really arn't that great. How can I replace them? Do I just get a new rear end?

Yes a new rear is the easiest way to hookup a set of rear discs... everything hooks up natively. You might consider upgrading your front setup at the same time though so as to maintain a good brake bias.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
