  • STAINLESS STEEL BRAKELINES

    i ordered the breaklines for a ls1, buddy told me there the same for the v6 and the ls1. first question, is that true? second, big difference in braking? cus ive had alot of close calls im sick of my crappy brakes

    why didnt you find out if they worked on a v6 BEFORE you bought them..? haha why do people always do that with things they buy for their car..

      it was for sale and im sure there going to fit. if not, a company who the company i work for buys stuff off of, i could get them to just refit these brakelines for me. but im really hoping there going to fit.

        #1 They are different on a LT1 v/s a V6, so I doubt it. Look on Jeg's or Summit's site and see if they have the same part number listed for both, if you want to be 100% sure.

        #2 I love mine. However I changed over my entire system to s/s lines and Russel fittings. Looks and performs great. So, naturally I think you'll notice a difference, even with just the lines.

          i thought the lt1's had all disc, and the v6 3.4 so its rear drum. i have all disc, as well the ls1, but thanks i wil go to summits site and check.

            AFAIK all 98+ F-Body brakes are the same.
