The car has the origional tires, the tires say 44 and the car door says 30, that is a big difference to me, I havent checked them yet from when I got it. My mom's Jetta has something like this too but it says different pressures for the front and back, I just set them all the same for that car.
I feel that 40 at least should be right, I believe that hole mess last year with the Ford Explorer was caused by something like this where ford says one PSI and Firestone says another, and that is why there were so many accidents.
I talked to my dad about this and he said to go by what is on the tires, I was thinking of just puting 40 in and leave it at that.
