Is there any way to like loosen them? I know what to do like if I change brake pads, but then it would just close back down. Problem is, the right front is too tight, and keeps warping the rotor. I got all 4 turned three months ago and its the only one with an issue.

Either that caliper or the rubber brake line to that wheel is bad and should be replaced.

Any way to tell besides just try and see if it fixes it?

For the rubber brake line you can open the bleeder screw or the bolt holding it to the caliper and see if the caliper releases. It's one or the other.

check the two slide pins also. one on the top and one on the bottom of the caliper. if those are froze it could cause problems too
