  • Room to lower?

I put 17x9.5 rims on all for corners. 285/40/ZR17 rear 255/45/ZR17 front. Do I still have room to lower the suspension? How far can I? I have TA sway bars to put on, and when I get new shocks on all 4 I wanted to install shorter springs. Thanks!

Hope you are locking those babies down good after what happened to your C5s. I will never forget the morning I went out to go to work and found my '68 El Camino on blocks. Sorry can't help with the Q tho ~ rhodey

Locks are a good investmetns. 20 bucks will save you a lot of money and headaches. I don't know for sure but I know that there are a lot of people on the forum and otherwise that have as big or bigger wheel and tire packages on their car. It should work. even with 20's. (well probably) But the thing is that our wheelgap is huge and therefore I think that 1.4" drop which is the most common is just perfect. Which springs are you planning on getting? Blistein offers shock/spring package for 500-600 but I don't know of anyone who runs this setup but I'm thinking about it.
