If you're going with aftermarket springs it's going to lower your car. All aftermarket springs are at least a 1/2in or 1in lower I can't remember exactly. I have to get some new springs all around too so if you find some at a decent price let me know.
KYB AGXs are gas adjustable shocks, but are not KYB's Gas-A-Just line of shocks. Note the difference in the listed product lines here.

I think he'll be fine with stock shocks & moog bushings along with his sway bars.

          Same here,I had 17x9.5 C6's with 275/40/17 Yoko's and she handled great.

I now have Sumihomo 2's 275/40/17's on the front and 285/35/18's with Y2K Vette rims painted black.

This thing corners like a rat wearing Reeboks.

**** your budget man, when you do all that work. You will want an upgrade. Sams springs are amazing. Its the least lowered spring out there, and its not even close to the stiffest.

JMHO, but you're wasting money replacing the stock springs. If you don't want to lower the car, go with the stiffer sway bars, keep the springs you have, and put that money toward a better set of shocks. The difference between the KYBs and a set of Bilsteins is less than the cost of a set of oem springs.

And in the FWIW column, I auto-x and PDX my Camaro ('02, V6), and I still run the stock rear sway bar, with a 35mm ST front bar.

Hotchkis springs actually have the smallest lowering rate at 1" and are progressive instead of the harsher linear rate that Strano Springs have (at a 1.25" drop). Either way, he would need different shocks to go with either of those springs.

My springs are shot thats why I'm replacing them. If that wasn't the case though I would go with the bilsteins.
