  • how low can u go???lowering Q???

i have a 99 Bird and i have a set of 17" and 18" Zo6's on my car. I still have about a 1" or more (rough guess)gap from the fender to the tire. I cut the springs, but now wan to lower it more. i was planning on get some adhustable shock so i can tune the suspension for when i want her to launch hard and for street driving. i have seen some really low trans am and camros just wondering who sells a set of springs that lowers the car about 2" or more. The other part is that i just got my front wings west w type air dam painted and it would just look bad *** a little lower.
Its not a Camaro, Its a FIREBIRD!!!!

I lowered my car, and the ride really was bad. I felt like the car was going to fall apart. I went with 1.6 inch sportlines at first, I really only reccomend like a 1.5 inch pro kit MAX. That's what I have now, and it isn't bad over small bumps, but it's still hard on those holes in the ground.

a coil-over kit is probly your best bet for ride quality and ride height adjustment. QA1, Koni, Ground Control, and G2 all make coil-over kits for our cars. the quality of the kit depends on the thickness of your wallet.
