Can anyone tell me what new parts I need in order to have a sucessful drum to disc conversion on my 96 3.8L. Also what about a new set of disc brakes for the front, whats needed there?

KVR has bolt-on larger discs for the front, with the calipers (12" and 13"), but the set runs about $2600. As for the rear, you're looking at a rearend swap. You'll also need a master cylinder and proportioning valve from a rear disc car, unless the new master cylinders can work for both rear discs and drums.
