I have the exact same rims as you and think they look awsome. They do however stick out beyond the rim a decent amount but I guess it's a matter of opinion. If you want to see some pics here is my web site

    www.raven1469.0catch.com

Give it a while to download cause the server sucks but at least one of the pictures should give you an idea of what it looks like. I took these in the mountains the day after I got them. Mine are 255/50r16. It's all preference

Oh and from the side they are almost exactly the same as my 235/55r16's that were on before. As for the 245/50r16's I couldn't tell you but I don't think it'll be much different. the 50 is the percent of the width I think and 255 is 10 mm wider than 245 I think so if you think about it thats a very small difference. If you look around on morpheus or somewhere online you can find a tire diameter calculator if you put all the sizes in. If you can't find it e-mail me and I should still have it.

hey thanx for the pics raven. you wouldnt happen to have one of the tires close-up would you? Are they the Kumhos and just R rated? I wanted the ZR rated Kumhos. Yeah I have a link for one of those tire calculators..that shows you a diagram of the differences of the tire sizes and the stock 235/55's are almost identical except for the width. I like the Z rated though because i like the look they give plus the performance.

There are a whole bunch of links out there for tire calculators. Just go to google.com and type in "tire calculator". you will get a whole bunch of options to choose from. if you click on the very first result..i think that one is the best because it actually shows you diagrams of before and after. I don't have any close up shots of the tires yet. I'm gonna borrow my friends digital camera within the next couple days and I'll get some up here. No they aren't kumhos, infact they aren't a name brand. Just the only 255 discount tire had in stock (well they had 3 of them and ordered the 4th). But they are Z rated. Not bad tires for what I paid and I love the tread design even though it's rather basic. The tire calculator I was talking about isn't a diagram. It's a little program that you enter all three numbers and it gives you a total size all the way around. I think you can do a couple other things with it but I can't remember. I don't know if thats the same thing your talking about. A friend sent it to me so if anyone wants it I could e-mail it to you. It's a small file. I'll post a pic as soon as I get it.

Well actually that calculator I told you about actually has all the measurements of before and after. you input the 3 sets of numbers for your current tire and the 3 for the new tire and it displays all the measurements. plus all that you also get the diagrams.
