Is it bad when....

you are being pulled by a truck and when you go to stop you have to stand on the brakes because there is no power and then they start to vibrate really bad and the rotors turn blue?

I had to turn off the car at high speeds and hit the breaks. Didn't feel no vibration. Is there vibration when your car is running?

Well the car doesn't run at the moment. I am trying to figure out because when i swap drivetrains i want to know if i need to buy some new rotors.

Are you sure that you didn't stop too quickly and were trying to stop the truck that was pulling you too? Usually the reason they turn blue is due to getting too hot. Id say you screwed your brakes up.
