I noticed when I make a circle going left, you can feel what can only be described as like a wobble in the wheel, kinda feels like the right one. it turns smoothly until about the same spot where it feels loose

    any ideas?

Odd that you mention it. Mine has a little weirdness as full lock left as well.

Jack it up and pull on the wheels 10 and 2 oclock and 6 and 12 oclock to see if theres any play in the bushings.

no play in the bushings, even tried tightening the lugs to see it that was the cause. i did notice however, that when in park, if you turn the wheel all the way to the left or right, right before you make the maximum rotation, the steering wheels vibrates..

Might be your power steering pump is going bad.

It's called steering "pulse". Weak PS pump, slipping belt, low PS fluid, etc.

You could see if its leaking or not then I guess wait until it craps out if it is indeed your pump or not.

the fluid level does go low quite often, but there's no puddles in the driveway.

Check the hoses and see if they are coated in sticky goo.

Try a P/S fluid flush get all new fluid in there when the fluid gets old it gets thin and does not work as well.
like any other oils and fluids needs to be changed.
