  • Ordering new Suspension

Well lately the rear of my car has been squeeking quite a bit and getting a little looser. So tomorrow I plan on ordering a completely new suspension. I am looking at the getting Bilstein shocks and Eibach pro-kit springs.
I am sure there are a few people that run this setup out there. I just wanted to get some opinions and possibly where people found the best deals on these... I know that I can always find a good "deal" on E-bay but you can never be absolutely sure on what you get from there.
Any advice or opinions would be great.

Get the Bilsteins from SamStrano. I think it's Stranoparts.com.

bimmerparts.com is cheaper for the shocks.
      $298.00 and I think Strano is $329.

Stranoparts, I've gotten lots of stuff from him. National level Camaro autocrosser, great guy to work with. You can save a few bucks somewhere else, but they make sure you're happy and getting the right things for your car.

Prokit and bilsteins should work well together.

Well so far I found that Strano is def cheaper for the Bilstien @ 329. It seems that Bimmers doesnt have the parts at the moment. Of course I could risk it and order from ebay and possibly save $60...

Edit: Yeah 329 is right... So what if I like to be dyslexic every once in a while.

              Strano.

He's a very good guy for the whole fbody community. He's spent a lot of time on the phone helping many of us out. He deserves our business, regardless of whether he's the lowest price or a few bucks more.

Or 814/849-3417 if you want to ask him for his opinion about your problem.

Well unfortunately I was too cheap and went with eibach springs on E-bay and awaiting a quote from bimmer. Later when I go and get LCA's, PHB, Sway bars, etc I will go to Strano and see what they can do for me. At this point I was just going for cheapest. Thanks for the help everyone.
