    will the 98 + eibach prokit springs fit on a 93-97 car? in the tech database it says the 98+ gets lowered more than the 93-97

        Those numbers are directly from Eibach - I still have the e-mails from their Tech Support.

              I was sold the older model for my 2002, and the rear sits a little low.
              I called Eibach to find out if it would make any difference if I put the correct set in, and they never called back.

                Eibach CORRECTED information.

                3831.240 = 1" (93-97 F body cars)
                3870.240 = 1.4" (98-03 F body

                3831.240 Front = 351 lb/in, Rear = 80 / 137 lb/in.
                3870.240 Front = 337 lb/in, Rear = 75 / 135 lb/in.

                Both kits have a linear front spring, and a progressive rear spring.

                "Any idea where the information that the fronts were progressive (as stated in an earlier e-mail) would have come from?"

                "Perhaps our old tech-guy looked up the wrong part #"

                              What's different about the design of the older vs newer chassis?
                              Do the new cars sit higher, so they need more drop? I don't think that's it, because I put the older springs(1" drop) on my new car, and it went down 2".
                              Were you able to get specs for the free length and installed hieght?
