What bad can happen from installing a tunnel mount tq arm upside down? i.e this sphon arm flipped over? (the bracket that connects to rear end is fine as is the cross brace)

    http://www.spohn.net/shop/1993-1997-...d-Exhaust.html

The mentally retarded shop that installed it put it in upside down, and Ive been driving it like this for about a week or two...trying to figure out all sorts of sounds. I also need to drive it a few more days before I can swing it by my own trusted guy.

Any possible damage to anything? am I unsafe at the moment?

I would think the pinion angle is way off to the point you could break the rear u joint.

I would have never thought of this, but seeing it in a pic or in person it would have been an easy catch.

I got the same one slightly used,it's chromemoly,2 loops, the best rodend,I just priced out the one I have and its $627.00 plus $140.00 shipping with taxes and duty its about $1000.00.

I got the screaming deal of the century as I got it for $200.00 and he brought it to the track for me to pick up there:)

Good luck getting her done Mike,I will be doing mine on my back in the driveway and its gravel.

The guy said he set the pinion angle to -2 (apparently with it upside down is that possible?)...I'm pretty pissed, either way the part will be flipped monday night. I'm just wondering now what I should be checking for damage...I'll have them look at the rear U-joint

And Tom that's a solid deal, mines steel and I got it for 220$...didn't I ever tell you about the US address place that is a hop/skip/jump from your house? 5$ a package they charge, and most places ship to the states free or rediculously cheap
