wheel spacers? which ones are best? cheapest?

why do you need them?? what kind of wheels do you have?? if it is rubbing the inside fender wells get a hammer and pipe and knock in the areas it is rubbing ... my zr1s rubbed the innner fender walls a little and the ttIIs rubbed the outer fender lip(i used a jig saw with a shortened blade and cut the lip out ,ten minutes both sides)

in my rears i went to discout auto an bought 1/4 spacers and slaped them on the outside began to run so i rolled the fenders lips. quick cheap and easy solution

makes your wheels stick out a bit huh? any increases in handling, does it make it look any better...I got stock 16's....make it look ****ty or goo dyou think?
