I just got a set of 17" polished 5 star rims off a 1997 WS6 trans am... they are pretty sweet. I just bought new tires for the rims..
TOday i went to tire store and they told me those rims WON'T FIT!!!!! WTF!! the rims center hole is little small to fit... anybody knows what the hell is wrong??? i paid like **** load $$$$ and they don't fit??? what shoud i do???
Get the center hole machined. Take a wheel off using your spare tools and put one of the new wheels on as best as you can. See how much you need to shave off. (Sandpaper might even work..) A machine shop should be able to do something though.
