It's probably going to be time for new tires in the next few months. I was curious as to what kind of treadlife everyone was seeing on their Kumho's. Also, please include if they are 16" or 17", and what width.

Just a suggestion, the P245/50R16 Kumho 711s (H rated) will last a good while longer than the Kumho 712 Z-rated kind... Also theyre only $55/ea so if they last only 20,000 its still a good deal [img]smile.gif[/img]

I have some 714's in 235/55 with 'bout 17 k on them. They look like they will make 35-40k no problem. And they were only 66 a tire.
Of course I managed to get 38k out my my stock GA's.Keith - 99 'maro - White M5 - bumpstick and boltons - 13.65 @ 101 N/A

I have the 712's, 255/50-16's. Alot of people say that they have a softer rubber than the 711's, but I don't know how to tell. My tires have been on for a few months now, but I have another car (my hooptie) that carts my butt around most of the time. So I have only put about 1,500 miles on the Kumho's. My stock Eagle GA's Blew in my opinion. Years ago, I worked at a tire shop, and the main saying for Goodyear's was, "They are only good for ONE year".

kumho's are sooo damn hard. these tires are hard as a brick after a 200 mile drive in 90+ weather. they should last awhile but dont expect them to hook up.. i would suggest some KDW's same performance and handling but better over all tire i believeComment

my kumhos have lasted me 7 months now and still have plenty of tread... thats pretty good tire life from me, i am happy with that aspect. but dont expect them to hook at all :DComment

My Kuhmo 712's lasted for about 8 months...it really depends on driving styles too...I didn't show too much mercy for those tires.
Sidenote: My Nitto NT450's are holding up to my driving style a lot better.

55, 66 dollars a tire? Where do you guys find tires so cheap, out here in Wyoming, they are over a hundred a piece.....any companies with cheap shipping....yeah right. let me know.
