I found someone selling 4 DeCarbon shocks off of a newer Z28. He's selling the for 85$. He said they are like new. Is that a good price and is it a good upgrade???? Troy

NO! Great upgrade, shi**y price, as you can get a complete set from SLP (www.slponline.com) for $50 and those have 3 miles not a few k. They even drop to $37.50 on sale dates ... DO NOT PAY HIGHER THAN $50.
They're called Take-off's, if you can't find shocks through the search function, browse camaro suspension
And it's a helluva upgrade, as the v8's are valved stiffer.
