I'm thinking about gettin a set of 1LE springs to put on my car to have it stiffened up some. Also so the car dont take a hard nose dive under hard braking. I don't want to really lower the car with the Eibach system. Can anyone tell me how the stock 1LE springs are on a v6 if anyone has done this. Also if anyone knows how much they'd be priced for. Thanx guys!

Honestly, the nosedive is due to poor shock valving than springrate. At most I would put the GM V8 front springs on your car if you want it stiffened some... but no more unless you're driving a roadtrack at over 100mph. You just dont need it for everyday driving sub 80mph... but you do need better shocks.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

dominic, i cant believe you didnt mention that the springs are going to raise his front up alittle more than stock cause the LS1 wheighs more so the springs will push you front up since you have the lighter 3.8

well it's not by much, auctually it's not really noticeable unless you are picky (which I realize most of us here are) anyway it's a pretty decent ride, definitely stiffend up some, I also have kenny brown subframe connectors so that stiffens up the car a bit also. Personally I think the combination makes the care much more stable at speed and over bad roads, which is most of Louisiana. If you want to know more just e-mail me, I have prettymuch a full 1LE setup under my car minus the front 1LE A-Arm bushings.-Brad
