Hands down, Strano springs... they're progressive rate so good for the daily route or beating it into a corner.

I dont see how the spring would come loose. It is still sitting inside a perch

ok here is how it's going to work.
if your planning on drag racing go QA1 shocks are what your looking for.
autocross and normal spirited driving koni single adjustables or bilstien shocks.

if your dead set on a coil over setup ground control suspensions makes a good kit and you can tell them which spring rates you want or they can help you with the selection since the spring rates need to go with the shocks your installing.
if you don't want to mess with that strano springs.which the rates are 550#front 150# in the rear.(these are the rates best suited for the koni shocks)

if your looking to different styles of racing it would be wise of you to look into an adjustable rear sway bar (strano sells a good light weight one)

one thing you also need to consider is you can drag race on a street/autocross/handling setup. but you cannot autocross/handing stuff on a drag setup.

also look into stranoparts.com for some of the parts you listed ,like the A arms and panhard bar, he is the only one i know of who offers them with roto joints which are much more daily drive able then rod ends and they don't wear out as quickly.

I picked up a set of Gen F QA1's. They offer 3 different springs with this particular shock. I went with the road race springs. Ive been extremely happy with them. Looks like Jegs has some blems right now.

I went with a 300lb spring in mine, seems great over a standard shock/spring combo.

ok, i didn't realize qa1 was selling a road course style shock. i only have one thing to question. is a 325 pound spring all that those shocks can handle or are they being ultra conservative with the front springs. that seems light to me. knowing how much my car rolled with the ss swaybars and koni shocks and strano springs. i wounder how big of a front swaybar you need to run with the qa1 shock and spring combo. it's your choice im just happy with my setup and i know plenty of people do drag race with the strano/koni combo and do well at autox events with the same combo.
