The Firebird I bought recently needs some suspension work as the previous owner hit a curb/something and damaged some of the suspension pretty bad. It's drivable, but rough obviously. I have wheel setback on the front left. So the front lower control arm needs replaced, and a few other parts. I can't seem to find any front lower control arms/etc. stock replacement parts besides maybe BMR or UMI which is like over $500! I'm not looking for a crazy upgrade, just trying to get this car running smooth again.

Salvage yard, LS1tech partouts or hawks third gen parts and you can find the OEM stuff.Comment

Are the suspension parts specific to say "V6" only, or can I use parts from the V8 models too as that would help the availability.Comment

The only differences are the springs, Front sway bar, steering rack ratio, and the harder rubber bushings. All of which you would probably enjoy having anyway. I know I like the bigger sway bar.Comment
