I have a chance to score some sways. One is from a 2000 firebird formula and the other is from a 2002 camaro ss.I think the formula bar is a 30mm and the rear camaro ss bar is a 19mm am I correct?

Be careful, when changing swaybar sizes.

There is lots of good info in this forum on sway bars.

I have decided, if I was to upgrade I would go with a 32mm in front, and a 19mm in back.
